Delivery and returns

UK Shipping Information:

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. We post the majority of our orders via Royal Mail, using a standard delivery service. Some large orders will be sent via a courier.

First class postage, next day delivery and package insurance is available at an additional charge but please email us before placing an order for a postage quote.


Please be aware that at peak times of the year, such as Christmas, there may be a longer dispatch and delivery time.

International Shipping Information:

Made by Shannon is based in England. For overseas orders the customer is responsible for any customs charges and national or local taxes.

Orders are usually sent 'International Standard'.

If you would like your order sent 'International tracked & signed' please email us before placing an order.



If you wish to return any product for any reason we will offer you a refund providing the goods are in the same first class condition as despatched and are returned within 7 days. All returns must be sent recorded delivery and the customer is responsible for the postage charges. Please inform us if you will be returning an item.


If your order is damaged in transit or in any other way faulty please notify us within 7 days and return the goods to us. We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement - whichever you prefer. Please be aware that some of our products are one offs. We will do our best to recreate the original product but may have to liaise with you in regards to any changes that may need to be made.


Returns cannot be accepted on personalised items unless damaged in transit or faulty.
